How can I track my order?
You can simply track your order by visiting our tracking page.
When will I receive my order?
Order processing takes 1-3 business days before shipment. Once your item/s is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

🇬🇧 UK: 3-6 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 4-8 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 4-8 business days
🇪🇺 Europe: 4-8 business days

Can I make changes to my order?
We process and pack orders almost immediately after receiving them, so send us a message as soon as possible below, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your order can be changed once it's placed. If your order has already been processed, you can return it for a refund once it arrives.
What if I received a defective item?
Firstly, we're so sorry you received a defective item! Please request a refund or replacement by contacting us at support@luminuspro.com within 7 days of receiving your defective item.

What if I received a damaged product?
Please inspect your order upon receiving it for any damage. In case if the product you received has been damaged or you received a faulty one, contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the package and we will sort it for you :)

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. See our returns policy for more details.
How do I request a return?
To start a return, you can email us at support@luminuspro.com. Please make sure to include your Order Number when starting a return.
How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know within 4 hours of placing your order. Order cancellation requests after the first 4 hour timeframe unfortunately cannot be accepted.
